Coupon Policy
In order to be fair to all of our customers, the following policies have been adopted:
We only accept the original coupon – copies are not valid
Coupons are not valid on prior purchases
We do not accept competitor’s coupons – quality and price are not always equal
We do not accept expired coupons
Cannot be combined with other coupons or sale items
Cannot be used for gift cards, custom orders, landscape services, and workshops
Our employees are not authorized to make exceptions to these policies. Thanks for understanding!
Return Policy
Hard goods/preventatives/plant food may be returned in the same condition it was bought in (unused, and unopened), with a receipt and within the current season the item was purchased. We will not accept any returns from the previous year. Once a hard-good item reaches 50% off or greater discount it becomes a final sale item. Final sale items can no longer be returned!
Annuals are not guaranteed. Annuals are non-hardy plants that produce flowers with proper care throughout the summer season. If you see that your plant is struggling, be sure to talk to a Garden Center Team Member as soon as possible for tips on growing your annual. We do not replace dead plant material.
Warranty Information- Perennials, Shrubs, Trees
We guarantee our trees and shrubs for 1 Year form the date of purchase, and our perennials for the growing season in which they are purchased (until October 1st). Warranties are good for a one-time replacement of the original plant, or store credit in the event a replacement is unavailable and will be for the original purchase price.
To redeem your warranty, you must bring your plant into our store along with your receipt form the original purchase within the active warranty period.
Warranty is not valid for plants that suffer or die for any of the following reasons:
Animal or Wildlife Damage – Damage of any kind form wildlife or animals including deer, rabbits, and household pets.
Weather Damage – Weather such as extreme storm conditions, high winds, floods, or drought.
Human error – Improper planting, improper watering, misapplication of chemicals, accidents, or negligence of any kind.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome, but we ask that they be leashed for everyone’s safety!
